The M-1 Series Combination Gas Valve is used to control natural or propane gas in a variety of applications including fireplaces, pellet stoves, wall heaters, boilers and water heaters. The M-1 Series is used to control direct or indirect fired units. The M-1 Series consists of two stages, operation of the solenoid (electric) stage will open the gas control valve which allows gas flow into the appliance and then closes it after a time delay. The pilot operates continuously while power is applied.
