Honeywell 36243 4074ETH Flow Switch for F50F & F52F is a versatile flow switch which when used in combination with the Honeywell thermostats gives complete temperature control. The Flow Switch is a preferred choice for air conditioning duct heaters, woodstoves, and other applications where high limits are needed.

When used as an airflow switch, the Honeywell F-50F and F-52F can connect the zone to the heating and cooling system. When used as a gas flow switch, the Honeywell F-50F or F-52F can connect the zone to the heating system.

Honeywell Airflow Switches are used to detect Airflow and to interrupt current flow when Airflow is interrupted. The switch consists of a sliding metal blade operated by the magnetically actuated bellows chamber. The airflow thru the chamber is interrupted when the magnet moves the sliding plate from the externally threaded hole in the plate, blocking the air passage thru the body of the switch.
