The Robertshaw® Norton Furnace Ignitor with 5.25-Inch Lead Wire is designed to ignite the burner on gas or oil furnaces or boilers that are connected directly to a power line and do not already have a built-in ignition device. Manufactured from durable nickel chrome, the furnace igniter features ceramic and protected by a powder coat finish for long-lasting use. The Robertshaw® furnace ignitor has four terminals, including a brass wire terminal connected to the lead wire, which measures 5.25 inches in length. The 4488 ignitor has a 5.25-inch lead wire and operates at a rated voltage of 120 volts to protect against overloads and short circuits.
