The 41000S 110V Constant Duty Ignitor is an electro-mechanical device that is used to deliver, in a circuit with the starter solenoid, 12.8vdc to the spark plug prongs in order to complete the combustion process. The constant duty ignitor is more powerful than a radio ignition because it maintains voltage at all times, while a radio ignition goes into standby mode while the engine is not running.
