The pressure switch is used to sense high pressure and low pressure conditions in the home. Pressure switch allows operation of the blower when there is sufficient air pressure but turns off the blower when air pressure drops below a set point.

The RHEEM Pressure Switch is used in 172546, 172522 and 172616 heating and cooling systems.
