RHEEM 42-24194-0 Pressure Switch is made for applications including air conditioning and refrigeration control, water wells, pumps and other pressure control devices. This product is an industry standard replacement part for Rheem pressure switches.

This replacement pressure switch is designed to control your RHEEM Heat Pump, Air Conditioner, or any other applications that use a pressure gauge. It includes wires to connect to your existing wires and is normally used in conjunction with the side wall thermostat, remote temperature sensor, and filter dry contactor.

This is not a stand alone switch. It must be used with compatible Rheem pressure switch capable equipment. This item is intended for use with the following Rheem products: RLTG-24S, RGPM-24S, RGSW-24S, RGPM-42S and RCPM-48S.

A pressure switch controls gas flow based on the pressure presented at a specific point in the system. This can be a normally closed (NC) or normally open (NO) solenoid valve, or a second stage regulator.
