The Capacitor 35/5/440 RU cut-out is designed for most new and existing applications where a central AC location is desired. The 35/5/440 cut-off is capable of providing 3.5kW of lighting load and 5kW of total heating load on 208V or 240V. It provides start capabilities using only the heating circuits then switches over to the full power capability by adding the neutral wire and electrical ground allowing a 230V heater to operate at full load.
