HIGH TEMP KIT

This is the kit developed for use during extremely high temperature situations, such as a fire in a dryer. The High Temperature Kit (HTK) adds protection from thermal shock to an actuator normally protected by an Al/Cu/Ni thermoprotector. It is intended for use only on gas and oil-fired appliances. This kit should only be used if the temperature within the appliance's thermoprotector cavity will exceed 600 Degrees Fahrenheit (315 Degrees Celsius).

This kit contains the following high temperature materials: two 10 ft rolls of heat shielding tape, one tube of silicone RTV adhesive, two 6" pieces of silicone hose, one 2" silicone sausage shaped cushion with porous side facing engine, two (2) #8 washers and one (1) - 1/4" diameter 10-24 flat head screw.

The HONEYWELL 51373 01 High Temperature Kit for Actuators includes a new thermostat for residential and light commercial use. This thermostat operates at a high range of 600F, perfect for applications with heat recovery and other heating systems. It has a lead length of 2-5/16", a standard (4-wire) connection, and a white finish.

The Honeywell High Temperature Kit is designed for use with the Honeywell 5100 Series and Sanden A1000 series actuators operating in high temperature applications. The high temperature kit is composed of an internal seal expander/plunger, spring, retainer bushings and external components. The kit comes complete with two selenoid valves, two filters and one orifice/actuator bracket as required by the application.

The 5137301 high temperature kit is designed for use with the 4139 Series round actuators. Featuring a nylon guide, two rear doors and a direct replacement motor protection kit, this heat kit provides enhanced thermal protection from extreme environments and applications.

The Honeywell High Temperature Kit for actuators is compatible with heaters and controllers that use a 5 pin connector. The kit comes with a standard connector that can be used for a gas, oil, or electric heater and includes a second connector of adjustable wire length so the actuator has the ability to cover any distance required.
