The RHEEM, RUUD & ADURIAN Limit Switch - Auto-Reset (Board Mount) is constructed of NEMA: 3R, 12, 14, and 4X materials for long lasting durability and dependability. Additional features include: Manual override switch in the handle assembly, Illuminated indicating head.

This is a Board Mount Auto Reset Limit Switch, and comes with a Specification Sheet and 2-Pin Connector to link with the motors. It is used to prevent motor burn or damage and can be used on baseboard heater systems & more.

This Limit Switch is a replacement product for Ruud and many other brands with similar controls. This thermostat is used to limit heating or cooling to within a specified temperature range and to protect the equipment from excessive overshoot or undershoot. It features an auto reset, which allows for safe tool operation in refrigeration and air conditioning applications.

This single point auto reset limit switch is a three position snap action normally open state style (normally open utilizes a spring to keep the switch engaged in the off state with no power applied).

The Limit Switch is designed for use with single phase, 480 volt electric water heater by Ruud.
