The new design saddle valve assembly is a fully welded assembly. It captures the majority of the heat exchanger in a single weldment to ease assembly. This design eliminates the need for a flange gasket or O-ring in most applications and allows for easier installation on complex equipment layouts. The saddle valves are rotated 90 degrees from traditional saddle valves, which creates additional room between the Rocker and the Heat Exchanger Shell.
