The Johnson Controls F-1000-355 Polyurethane Hose is a 50' length of polyurethane tubing with 3/8" outside diameter and 1/8" inside diameter. It has a triple wire braid and inner core, and is black in color. This hose meets the requirements for FDA and USDA applications, making it ideal for chocolatiers and other manufacturing processes where food is involved.

The silver-gray polyurethane tubing is rolled in the factory to 50 feet in length, lubricated with a preservative, and stored in the warehouse. It is shipped directly to your job site in any quantity. There are approximately 250 tees per roll. It can be coil wrapped, bent in a curve, or cut to length. It resists aging to provide many years of trouble free service.

This polyurethane tubing is FDA approved for use in food/beverage applications, adheres to NSF standards 14 & 61. The clear material allows easy visual inspection of clean lines. It has physical characteristics that make it appropriate for conveying liquids. It is flexible, tough, abrasion resistant and has long term chemical resistance. Assemblies are designed by the user to meet the specific needs. The resins are listed by FDA as indirect food additives for use in manufacturing various items used in food/beverage applications, including water bottling plants.
