The Baldwin 5399 050 C is a thick door kit for emergency exit handlesets. The kit comes with screws, backplate, and two heavy duty 3/8" diameter, extra long pins.

Baldwin 5399050 - THICK DOOR KIT FOR EMERGENCY EXIT HANDLESET. Used on interior doors in standard residential construction. This 1 3/8'' thick door kit is compatible with Baldwin window-type keyed entry lockset handlesets and cylinder locksets, all Baldwin lever handle locksets, and all Baldwin decorative leversets that are listed for use with 7 - 13/16 Grade 2 or higher ANSI Grade B mortise locks. It will not work on Baldwin backplate rim locks or matte finish leversets without backplates.
