The 5523 Passage Lever Lock is a popular, mid-range passage single Dummy Set Brass Passage door lock. The Baldwin Estate series Passage Latch allows the Door to be locked from the outside but remain unlocked from inside the dwelling in case of fire.

The Baldwin Estate Lever is a oil rubbed bronze finished lever action, passage/pocket door latch that is used for wood doors and/or wood jamb construction. This passage door latch allows the inactive leaf of a pair of doors to be opened from the opposite side, but still locked or secured with a deadbolt in the active leaf. The Baldwin 5523 Passage Lever is designed to operate on 2-1/4" Backset and 2-3/4" Backset doors with a mortise lock.
