The Ignitor Kit - Hot Surface Ignition feature is a backup in the event that your modular flame sensor system fails. This kits includes both a 30 amp and 5 amp ignition assemblies, so that you can re-configure your grill.

This replacement Hot Surface Ignition Kit includes two Hot Surface Igniters, Ignitor Holder, Spark Module (one of each) and is used with the following gas ranges and gas cooktops:…THE FAST AND EASY WAY TO REPLACE YOUR HOT SURFACE IGNITORS.

The all new HOT Surface Ignition is an ignition system designed to work with nearly any cooker or heater that uses a single-rod burner. With a simple Ohmite resistor, your propane burners can be used for cooking! Just remove your flame tamers and place the large brass plate behind your existing flame tamers where they exit the jet tube. Next attach the included black push fitting and wiring piggyback clips. Then replace your existing flame tamers with the included cast iron red flame tamers which have a 1/4� hole drilled in each one to run your ignitor wires through. Mounting

The Hot Surface Ignition kit for your gas grill ignites the burners with a spark from securely stored electricity, instead of with a match. The kit includes a control box that uses electricity from your house to create the spark, an electrode that fits over each burner and ground rods that ensure clean ignition.

These gas nozzles can be used to ignite a pilot light on most models of gas ranges which use the "Hot Surface Ignition System." The gas nozzles send trace amounts of gas into the burner flame. These inserts will not work on ranges with a standing pilot that is always burning.
