FLOAT TYPE LWCO FOR HOT WATER 14360
The float type LWCO regulates the flow of water through non-pressurized hot water system heating appliances. The float type LWCO responds to a change in temperature by opening or closing the hot water control valve. A thermal cut-out is provided to protect the device from overheating or freezing and must be installed on an inlet water line.
Approved for use on a wide range of tankless water heaters, the 4026® is a float type low-water-cut-off designed and manufactured under the supervision of McDonnell & Miller Corporation. Featuring non-rising loop sensing and highly reliable super-micro switch contacts operating in an anti corrosive compound, this economical and dependable device is suitable for applications where low pressure drops or flow rates are unavoidable. The standard trip setting for this LWCO is 7 inches.

The MLT4026 Float Type Low Water Cut-off Switch is a float type on/off low water cut-off switch for use with hot water heating systems. The MLT4026 is specifically designed for use with atmospheric burner type and electric tank type heating systems, where water level is controlled by the atmosphere or an auxiliary switch.
The 4026 is built with a high quality float device that moves up and down with the water level in the tank. This allows the 4026 to shut off the burner before any water reaches critical levels within the tank. The Low Water Cut-Off is installed by placing the unit beneath the oil supply line that supplies the burner. This float type low water cut-off can be used with most low pressure hot water systems utilizing a fuel source up to 550°F.
The Float-Type Water-Cutoff is used in heat transfer applications where continuous service is required such as hot water heating, water circulation and other such applications.
This float type water cut off is NEW IN A BOX. The box has been opened but the product has never been installed or used. It doesn't include instructions but they can be downloaded from the M&M website. This is model 4026 and the -- DATE CODE -- on this unit is . These floats should have a 10-25 lifespan and get replaced during flue inspection or every few years just to stay proactive. They are made in America.
