The 4038 Xylem-67-G is a float type LWCO for steam (millivolt) designed to control feedwater to a turbine generator. The HUBBELL UPC series and the FLO-RITE series are available for connection. This current limiting device is used when variable loads such as load shedding are required.

The millivolt LWCO is designed for use in steam generating and other steam systems. The case is welded brass with a glass tube constructed of 3/8" clear Pyrex. For steam applications, the float head is chrome plated brass.

The 4038 Xylem-67-G 4038 LWCO-FIT.149600 is a float type, low water cutoff pressure regulating device designed to provide normal steam trap service for use in steam applications. The LWCO body is constructed with ANSI 150# 304 SS and approved orifice and MAWP setting 100 PSIG, 180 F, and operating differential pressures up to 400 PSIG. Lead wires are 304 SS with lead free brass terminations.

A float-type water level control for steam lines with disc and ball type valves serving direct or indirect heating surfaces such as steam drums, superheaters and economizers. For use in continuous service up to 665 psig. The boiler/evaporator must be at a minimum of 215°F (102°C) for proper operation of this LWCO.
