The 4040 Series Pressure Regulator/Low Water Cut Off Switch is used in conjunction with the D526321 4-1/8” Low Water Cut-off. The 4040 Series Pressure Regulator/Low Water Cut Off Switch is a replacement for existing regulators on all McDONNELL & MILLER Thermal Oxidizers. The 4040 series is a fully programmable, automatic and remote controlled thermal protection system. It utilizes separated hot and cold water flow in parallel circuits for added protection. The entire control unit is designed to be installed inside an enclosure or panel, and does not require surface mounting boxes. The 4040 series is manually set with a depth of 4-1/8" (102mm) for low water cut off switching

Our standard upgrade is a built-in (inline) lwco. This water level control device monitors the "necked" oil in the transition fitting/lwco and will throttle down or shut of the feed from the main reservoir once a preset water level in the neck has been reached.
