GENISYS 12VDC PRIMARY CONTROL

Genisys is a primary control for a gas-fired burner with the function of ignition and flame regulation. The Igniter, in conjunction with the primary control, is designed to provide the initial flow of gas to the burner based on user input via the ON/OFF primary control. This makes it possible to completely automate entire HVAC systems. This GENISYS Ignition Control will replace Beckett/Amber control part number 7556A0000U, and controls the ignition pulse timing of a gas control system. The IG1004 is a current sensing igniter that goes to 15.0VDC in 0.1 second and drops back to 0V in 0.00 seconds, then repeats this after a minimum time delay of 15 seconds. It can operate from four (4) to fourteen (14) pulses per minute and can be adjusted by changing the threshold level with a small screwdriver.

It is a safe, efficient, small-scale ignition system that can be used with or without an external pilot. The Genisys Igniter is useful for primary ignition in all power equipment engines and provides a way to start engines safely from remote locations.

The Igniter is a complete 12 VDC ignition control system designed to operate your ignition and ventilation systems. The Igniter has been developed to provide convenience and long term reliability from one control head. The Igniter consists of a magnetic switching assembly, a transformer, pilot feed circuit, pilot flame sensor with retractable probe, complete time delay cycle control assembly, a flame relay and modified 24 VDC relays for higher power application.

The Beckett Burner Control is a 12 volt DC control that is keyed for ignition. Engineered controls feature easy connection of sensing probes and wiring. All provided kits meet or exceed UL requirements.
