GENESIS Primary Controls

The Igniter 7556P152MU 12VDC Primary Control is a Potted version of the Igniter 7556P150 MU Primary Control. This product has upper and lower LED indicators to visually indicate the PTO voltage. The LED indicators will illuminate when powered from a 24V source, and are non-illuminated when sourced from 12 volts.

The Igniter 7556P potted unit is a fully assembled primary control module. This model is 110/120 VAC wired primary control with 12VDC outputs and negative ground. It has five cable entries from the panel board to provide positive, common, and three ignition loads. This model is UL508A certified Note: Header card included

The GENESIS Igniter 7556P152MU has a 3 wire control that allows the user to turn the controller on or off with a single wire, as well as to stop the motor exactly where it is. This can be done with a magnetic starter or limit switch, or multiple motors can have a built in stop at positions 1, 2 and reverse. There are also several load detection options available for timed operation control. To ensure proper heating cycle, the HTR can be set up for 120-, 180- or 240- Volt operation with an external transformer.

This Genesis switches features a solid performance history, Beckett Quality and Flame Safe Electronics™. When used with the optional EZCon II Controller, this control switch is an effective means to remotely control 3-phase induction motors. The Igniter 7556P 152 MU is a flameproof switch accessory for EZCon II or EZCon controllers. This switch has been designed and built specifically for hazardous (classified) applications where flameproof, electrical equipment is required by Code Authorities.
