HOT SURFACE IGNITOR REPLACES 767A-3

White-Rodgers 5181 Hot Surface Ignitor (HSI) replaces 767A-3 and draws 1.9 amps at 24 volts AC and lasts up to 15,000 firings. The Hot Surface Ignitor uses the non-corroding Thermocouple wire to ensure long life when replacing a magnetron ignition. This is the original replacement ignitor for the following products: BDR92C422B, BDR92C422W, BDR92C423B, 92C423W, SCL6KEBW0, SCU6KEBW0, CS61DGX

The WHIRLPOOL hot surface ignitor assembly replaces the 767A-3. Measures approximately 5 1/8" long and 3 1/4" wide. Includes a gasket, ignitor body, mounting bracket, and control knob. See instruction sheet WHIRLPOOL #613324.

A fully assembled White-Rodgers 5181 Hot Surface Ignitor replaces the White-Rodgers 767A-3. The ignitor is compatible with theWhite-Rodgers 7677-22, 765B and 767A wall thermostats, and is compatible with all Rheem/Ruud/Rinnai tankless water heaters manufactured after 2004. The electronic igniter comes complete with an insulated fast connect harness and wire leads for direct replacement to your existing wiring.

This White-Rodgers 5181 hot surface ignitor replaces Emerson 767A-3. It features a six inch pigtail. It has a 1/8" x 2-1/2" lead wire. This ignitor features a green indicator light.

The 5181 is a replacement hot surface ignitor (HSI) for the 767 series of gas valves. This HSI allows you to light your gas logs quickly and easily while providing reliable performance through out the life of the ignitor. Install this ignitor by simply placing it in place in the assembly, then tightening the retaining screws.

Replacing the hot surface ignitor on a WHITE-RODGERS, TEMPERATURE SELECTOR, BASIC UNIT 2 (2) WALL DEVICE model 77D and all units of a multi unit arrangement is relatively easy with basic tools.

The 767A-3 ignitor with lead wires is an Ignitor without the leads and can be used in place of the 767A Series Ignitor if a wire harness is used to wire the device.
