The 101784 White Rodgers Attic Fan Control with Thermal Limit is a flush-mount thermostat for ceiling-mount attic fans. The control features a sensor that automatically turns the fan on when temperatures reach 86 degrees or higher, and off when the temperature drops to 70 degrees or lower, providing cooler air circulation during the hot summer months and warmer air circulation in cold winter months. The 101784 installs easily onto any standard 2’ x 4’ or 2’ x 6’ attic vent opening. Please consult with a licensed electrician if you require additional size options.

This is the White-Rodgers 101784 Thermostat. It controls your attic fan motor at 230 volts. The attic fan should run for 20-30 minutes after the AC has shut off to remove moisture from the house and help prevent ice dams on the roof. The thermostat also contains a thermal limiter which will automatically turn off power to the attic fan when temperature in the attic reaches 200 degrees F, thus saving you money on cooling your attic.
