24/120 VAC AUTOMATIC PILOT RELIGHT

For commercial and industrial installations requiring automatic, instantaneous relighting in the event of a loss of pilot flame. 785 Series Limit Control combined with the 24/120 VAC Automatic Pilot Relight Device will provide ingenious and foolproof automatic ignition protection. The 785 Series consists of N.O. low voltage pilot activated double breaker limit control relay with built-in ignition failure protection, designed to be mounted in the desired control location.

This automation do it yourself kit is a perfect solution to operating high KW load of 1200 to 3500 feet. The automation do it yourself kit is a programmable self-contained 120VAC automatic pilot relight system. It can be used with forced draft, induced draft and natural draft applications that require the application of a modulating or demand type 24/120VAC pilot.

The 785-001 24/120 VAC auto relight pilot is designed for gas and oil fired heating systems. The 785-001 will safely re-light pilot lights on any Robertshaw 24 or 120 volt gas, oil or combination gas/oil equipment when power is interrupted.

This two pole pilot is designed for use with 24/120 VAC controls. It has automatic re-light circuitry, a manual reset button and an ON/OFF switch. The pilot will keep your gas water heater or heat pump lit automatically and relit should the flame go out, making it difficult to blow out the pilot.

Power relighting pilot lights appear on selected automation switches when line voltage drops below 120 VAC. They are approved for use with all commercial-duty 24/120 VAC auxiliary contacts including those requiring power-to-make every 12 hours.

The 785-001 is for use with low-pressure natural gas only. This pilot operates on 24/120 VAC voltages. It must be used with a thermostat or device that has an integral pilot control. This pilot will shut off automatically whenever the main burner flame turns off. If your main burner no longer lights, this pilot automatically relights it.

The 785-001 is a pilot relight which may be used on any of the Robertshaw high limit devices equipped with a pilot lamp/switch listed below. It may also be used to automatically control ignition of the boiler room pilot lights described in catalogs as follows: Robertshaw 120VAC, Honeywell 24VAC, Allis-Chalmers 400/440VAC. It is not recommended to use this Pilot Relight for continuous operation due to the inherent high temperature sensing element and the duty cycle utilized.
