Product Description: Baldwin Mortise Knob Latch 8530 031 LH – Modesto Series/ Revival Hardware/ Colored Knob Collection – Latches to prevent latch from turning and latch striker from passing through. With a knurled knob, the latch can be easily opened at any time, even with gloves on. The latch striker is reversible for right or left hand doors and has an adjustable latch strike mounting plate for aligned installation.

Equipped with Mortise-locking latch bolt, the Baldwin 8530 031 LH mortise deadbolt keeper handle makes it possible for doorknob to be traditionally installed into a large variety of slightly oversized door openings. The metal keeper and deadbolt lever are kept together by the keeper knob, so that when unused, the knob can be unscrewed from the doorknob and removed quickly for safety purposes.

The Baldwin Mortise Lock 8530 031 LH has a solid brass knob latch. It is used on outside doors with deadbolt locksets.
