Kit Magnesium Anode (Mfg Part # 9003721005, also referred to as the display that comes inside a new hot tub)

This kit contains (1) 16 inch magnesium anode. Magnesium anodes work by shedding the anodes when the water is corrosive so as to protect the tank under it.

The A.O. Smith 9003721005 9003721005 Magnesium Anode Kit is used to keep the water in your water heater free from corrosion or rust. The anode kit averages around 16 inches long and can be fitted with a stainless steel set screw on the end of the anode.
