The G7T control board is designed for use with gas-fired furnace heaters where staged operation and temperature modulation are required. This is a 2-stage, modulating thermostat. Before use, check the limits listed on the nameplate against unit manufacturer's recommendations. This board can also replace any existing 2-stage board as a whole replacement part.

The control board operates on 120 volt electricity. It is of the solid state circuit type having two stages of operation: first stage and second stage.

The 2 stage condensation control board is part of the Energy Saver(TM) system. It delivers a secondary level of protection from ice backs. During high-humidity conditions and low outdoor temperatures, condensation can back up to the gas valve causing the burner to trip. The 2 stage condensation control board prevents this backup by shutting off the gas if condensation reaches a certain level and then automatically beginning the normal cycle. This extends the life of your system, keeping your home more comfortable year after year. To ensure that the system maintains efficient operation, the electric flame sensor will test for proper flame operation during fan operation
