The Motor Kit for SS-2 Sidewall Power Venter is the ultimate upgrade with improved performance, reduced noise and longer life. Designed for use with waterbath canner model SS-2, this kit replaces the back plate and crankshaft. The motor kit includes a bracket to mount the motor to the canner sidewall.

This is a brand new motor kit for the SS-2 model. If your wheel will not spin after installation of the sidewall power vent, it is likely the motor has burned out. This is the replacement motor for the SS-2 where the wheel did not turn when first installed.

Transform your SS-2 into an electric sidewall door operator or remote console with the motor kit from TJERNLUND. This motor mounts to a sidewall, removing the need for a motor in the ceiling. The mount consists of a stud and 1-3/4" x 1-1/2" collar that can be supplied with a special bracket for installation on a wood stud wall.

This motor is meant to be used with the SS-2 sidewall power venter.
