Sold in packs of 10, the Johnson Controls 128228 Remote Mount Transmitter is a 100-350 degree Fahrenheit SPDT control with a 6 foot PVC cap and 1/4 inch NPT thermocouple. The bulb size is 8.5 fix.

The remote temperature controller is a SPDT (single pole double throw ) control that consists of a 100 watt heating element and a 350 watt cooling element. It provides a 6 foot capillary bulb for high temperature sensing, and has an integral pilot light on top of the screw mounted base. The controller also features protective thermal fuses and volt/relay contacts are rated at 120 volts.
