REMOTE BULB TEMP. CONTROL -30/100F;
The Model 7101 is a line-voltage, remote bulb temperature control, a solid state electric device used to limit the amount of power delivered by a heating or cooling systems combustion or electric heating elements.
The 7101 line voltage mechanical thermostat is ideal for most residential and commercial individual unit air-handling systems. Adjustable from 30 to 100F, it will serve as a replacement or spare control for the following old model controllers: 6209, 6209S/DD, 6310, 6310S/DD, 6410, 6410S/DD, 6510, 6510S/DD, 6610/6610S/DD.
This remote temperature control offers convenience in controlling cooling applications for chiller or air conditioner systems. When replacing a single-stage thermostat, which switches the system off at a predetermined set point, the model 7101 breaks the control function into two stages. In the first stage of operation, the 7101 sends power to only one of the two relays in response to ambient temperature conditions in a building or facility. In its second stage of operation, if the control fails to switch off when ambient
The 7101 Line Voltage Remote Switch is used for a variety of applications including heating/cooling and lighting. The switch is a normally-open, single pole, triple-throw, line voltage thermostat with a built-in, 30 to 100F correction. This will control lights or heating at temperatures below the switch setting.
The original wall-mounted Mechanical Thermostats have provided unsurpassed comfort and energy savings to homeowners for over 50 years.
When used with a stand-alone follow-up device or a conventional thermostat, the 7101 Line Voltage Mechanical Thermostat controls long flashes of light to indicate the temperature setting. A shutoff relay prevents voltage from passing through the control module until the temperature of the RTD makes electrical contact between sensing and return terminals.
Controls up to 16 stage lighting loads. It's a compact, five-wire, single pole unit that's easily mounted in any location for reliable control of stage lights. It's simple to set-up, easy to install, and its case protects against dirt and accidental mis-adjustment at the job site.
