The Johnson Controls 7175 is a duct mounted two stage temperature control designed to reduce heating or cooling costs by providing more comfort for less cost. The control is capable of reducing a system's first stage compressor run time, and is intended for applications that are ducted and plenums are not accessible. The Johnson Controls 7175 has a 2-stage compressor operation that can be adjusted at the factory to meet your specific needs. First stage operation will require an outside air temperature of 50°F-60°F and second stage operation will require an outside air temperature of 60°F-80°F.
The 7175 Two Stage Duct Mounted Temperature Controller TempTrol 9000 will control a single stage cooling unit and a single stage heating unit from two separate source temperatures. The controller features field adjustable differential freeze protection and a power sit feature to pre-cool rooms.
