The AM101C-UCPVC-1LF 2-Handle Mixing Valve has a 3/4" MN X 1.0 Union with duplex outlet. It allows for adjustments to the mixing ratio from 40% to 60% hot water. This valve features an adjustable flow dial and is equipped with safety covers on the levers. The unit is lead free compliant according to NSF61 Standard for Drinking Water Systems.

This AVK-17 model is for a "Poly" type city water supply. The mixing Valve is marked with a 3/4", 14 standard UN SAE Pipe Thread on the Inlet and Outlet. The 2+1 port design allows this valve to deliver water through 2 outlets while holding water back in the syphon from the 3rd outlet. Although the information I could find did not mention an amount of amps it has a 2 power wire leads in a 4" conduit.
