Amana's new switch-cutout low pressure is designed for the residential contractor and plumber who has installed many standard Leviton cutouts in the past. This new switch-cutout provides all of the convenience of a standard cutout with automatic pressure adjustment, eliminating the need for a separate low pressure gauge. This switch-cutout is constructed of anodized aluminum and nickel-plated brass to provide years of maintenance free operation.

The Cutout Low Pressure Switch features a built-in bellow, and longer life. It is used on RCA Victor and Amana refrigerators and freezers.

It also features an electronic scroll compressor with an anti-corrosion system for reliable cooling year after year.

When a replacement is not available, this replacement cutout can be used. Its specifications are made to fit Amana refrigerators that use the cutout pressure listed on the table of specifications and have an evaporator located behind the kickplate (this is also referred to as a Cut out with a Round Pad in some parts). This low pressure cutout switch operates at 24.000-28.000 BTU.
