The CORE SENSE MODULE is an energy saving module for all Amana and Maytag full-size electric dryers. It saves energy by reducing the amount of time a dryer runs on high heat and will not void the dryer's warranty. The module senses when clothes have reached a safe dryness level and turns off the heat source after allowing a cool down period. When laundry needs more time on high, the user can engage this heat source at any time during the cool down cycle.

The CORE Sense Module can be installed in any AMANA refrigerator manufactured after August 2008 to connect the refrigerator to the Wi-Fi network. This module allows the consumer to change or monitor temperature and humidity from an iPad. It also sends alerts when a problem is detected, even if the machine is unplugged. It can also control the defrost of the refrigerator with digital precision.

The CORE sense module provides adaptive, intelligent power management for additional features. DC/DC converters for up to 9 watts of additional bus powered devices reduce noise, simplify connectivity and increases battery performance.
