The B-1787-000 helps solve your missing or broken valve core issues.

With our valve core you can take the water out of your furnace's water tank and replace the old, or broken, valve core. The unique thread on each end allows you to use this item with most standard valve types. It is compatible with gas furnaces and many other heating devices.

The valve core controls water flow through the ballcock assembly of the tank. Replaces old and/or faulty valve cores providing longer flow before refill.

Remove the valve core (the small knob to the right of this photo) and add water to the humidifier reservoir. Replace valve core.

While the exact name or model number printed on your plug may vary from what is shown here, the replacement core will be the same for both the CL/CU/CP and C/CL series.

This valve is designed for use with 31/32" thru 48" gas water heater, water heater range, and furnace applications.
