OVERLOAD RELAY

Our Overload Relay features a circuit breaker reset button, dual voltage (110/220 Vac) and high-temperature thermal-magnetic overload protector for added safety.

The Overload Relay is designed to be flush mounted with or without a standard "D" size cutout in the baseboard, for use as an Indicator only, with or without a locking cover. It has a maximum let-through current rating of 5 amps at 115 volts AC, and is UL Listed. The appropriate current rating for any application should be assured by factory load test.

The Overload Relay will protect the compressor from overloads and power surges.

The overload relay is located under the control panel. Look for the relay on the left side. The overload relay is marked with a black "0" on a red knob label. The relay is clear with two terminals marked L1 and L2.

The overload relay protects the dryer by cutting off power to the heating element if the dryer overheats.

The D6961636 is an overload relay that offers protection for the compressor against overload, short circuit, and ground faults. It is designed to protect air conditioners, heat pump units, furnaces, and other equipment up to 40A, 230/460V.
