US 24V NON SPRING RETURN MODULATING
Designed to fit the variety of plenums required in various HVAC applications, and to fit any damper shaft size from 11/32" to 1-3/8" diameter, this non-spring return proportional control provides accurate modulating control giving the user more control over equipment performance.

The 107802 is non spring return and features protected Nema 2 terminals, direct coupled connection (for direct connection to valves up to 4"NPS), and 18 Ga plenum rated sheathed cable. The new design also includes an integrated strain relief to prevent flexing at the terminal fitting.
Non-spring return, direct coupled damper actuator is a proportional control Non-spring return, direct coupled damper actuator is a proportional control device which can be directly integrated into the control signal or data bus of the pneumatic logic controller. Essentially it is a miniature electro-pneumatic valve designed to position the damper shaft at a specific percentage of travel. It does not have an alternative spring return path for shaft travel in excess of the set point.
The 6800 series are non spring return proportional screw type dampers designed for use on non turbulent, normally closed, electrically controlled fan and blower applications. The motive force is transmitted via a push type push rod rotating an eccentric cam. This eccentric cam operates a lever which causes the valve to either close or open depending on the operation of the application.
The Belimo 107802 controller is used for automatic control of the dampers in the ventilation systems found in refrigeration and HVACR applications. The damper actuator operates using a spring-return (1/2" NPT) field-supplied proportional control solenoid valve. For proportional control pressure of 24VAC is required. Uses include commercial, residential, industrial, agricultural, marine, and HTH (hand held torch) production applications.
The Belimo 107802 Damper Actuator is part of Belimo's Eurotherm Series. The Eurotherm actuators are proportional control, non-spring return, direct coupled actuators with a non-reversing input for delta T or delta P applications applications.
The Damper Actuator is a direct coupled proportional control used for damping pilot signals to variable air volume (VAV) systems. This high voltage damper actuator has non-spring return, is non-pilot operated, and has an integral cable protector. The damper actuator mounts in the plenum of the duct with a connection at each end of the damper motor.
