The American Standard Rough Valve 3-Way Diverter Valve - Discrete No Finish (Discrete/No Finish) is designed for use with 3-way roughing valve. It comes complete with rough-in kit, and diverter handle.
The R433 series Rough Valve is for use with 3-way diverter rough only. This series is available in brass or optional stainless steel trim. A number of special features are standard, including a catch basin at the bottom of the valve to retain foreign matter and an integral disc stopper for easy adjustment.
The AR433 3-Way Diverter Rough Valve fits into the same American Standard Pool/Tub rough in as our AR426 Diverter Rough Valve and is used to provide two separate water supply outlets from your plumbing system. All of the parts needed for installation are included with each case.
American Standard's AR Series rough in valve allows you to adjust water flow, temperature and pressure while giving you the added convenience of a 3-way diverter. This particular model is designed for use with 24' to 40' copper, CPVC or PEX pipe systems. The push-and-turn diverter (sold separately) can be used to change the direction of water from either the tub faucet or shower head. The model number is AR433. This item features a discrete handle: no finish.
