Our PLEATED SPACERS keep desired space between filter pleats for improved efficiency. They are compatible with our Aprilaire 400, Aprilaire 300, and Aprilaire 20xx series of humidifier products.

Similar to our standard needle housings, the pleated spacers are designed to sift out larger particles of lint left behind by the coarse security filter. Additionally, the Pleated Spacers allow for a 15% greater Air Flow through the entire system than is permitted by a standard mesh fiberglass filter. This makes for a much drier air return into your home. The Pleated Spacer is to be used with our standard Aprilaire 4010 and 4500 series humidifiers.

Remove and insert easy with this pleated spacer. Small enough to fit through the access panel so that you can easily swap them out. It is packaged in 3 packs--more than enough to make sure that you always have a spare on-hand.

A 3/16 in. thick pleated spacer that fits into the grille of a Aprilaire 4101, 4102 or 4103 humidifier.

The Aprilaire 4119 Pleated Spacer measures 7.5 in x 13 in x 4 in and has an efficiency rating of 100 percent. The spacer fits into the left side of the unit and is one of the main parts during filtration. Pleated spacers force air flow through them, providing better filtration overall.
