Aprilaire's Base (Blue/Gray) is used to attach an air cleaner or air conditioner to the supply registers of your home. It attaches under the supply registers using the provided hardware.

The Aprilaire 4732 Base (Blue/Gray) is a replacement for the original base that came with the Aprilaire Model 700, Model 1100, Model 1120, Model 1225, Model 1230 or Model 1250. It will fit into the original cover plate.

The Aprilaire 4732 base is for use with Aprilaire Model 1200, 4200, 4700, 5000, 5500, 6000. Base only. Not for use with Aprilaire Model 6600 or 6700.

Aprilaire's Base models are designed for room sizes up to 3,000 cubic feet (85 m?). Each Base model features an automatic humidification cycle with step-adjust humidity control.

The 4732 is a replacement base for the Aprilaire 4270 and 4271 residential humidifiers. This base, along with the new top (4710) and water panel (4750), make it possible to retrofit your 4270/4271 residential humidifier with an internal bypass. If you choose to add internal bypass to your system, you will no longer need to install or service a humidistat in your home and the top and bottom will no longer spin. Aprilaire Model 4732 replacement base is made of high-impact polystyrene for durability. Installation requires ceiling gasket (sold separately)

The Aprilaire 4732 base is a replacement for the existing base for the Aprilaire 4730 and 4010 humidifiers.
