ARCO STARTROB ® is an all-new starter for Mercury non-Force outboard motors with the Number 1 keyway. This starter is designed to be adapted to either the original OEM previously installed on your motor or the new Magnum Stainless Steel replacement crankshaft that you also purchased from ARCO.

The Mercury Outboard 2-bolt starter is designed to fit Mercruiser, OMC stern drive and inboard motors that have a 1/4" thick mounting plate or 3/8" thick mounting plate. The handle can be removed and locked for easy storage. This is the same starter that is used on all Mercury, Mariner, MerCruiser 4 cyl engines from 1985-95.
