This wind vane assembly is an OEM part printed for the 213/496 MHU. The assembly includes a tail vane and support bar that connects to the masthead unit (MHU).

A wind vane assembly is used with the MHU-213 and MHU-496 Lowrance units (sold separately) to provide true north coordinates.

The Wind Vane Assembly is part of a complete wind monitoring system that provides wind direction and speed 10' above water to 12 miles at the 990 Series Lowrance instruments. When combined with the masthead mounted wind unit, backlit display shows boat's direction and speed while tacking or jibing. Commercial grade non-corroding aluminum case and rod will withstand harshest of conditions outdoors.
