The Brush Research BC Flex-Hone is an 11mm (.433") flexible honing tool designed for smoothing and finishing cylinder bores and small internal surfaces. Featuring 120-grit silicon carbide (SC) abrasive globules mounted on flexible filaments, it conforms to the bore geometry to produce a controlled surface finish.

Ideal for MRO, automotive, pneumatic, and hydraulic cylinder applications, the Flex-Hone removes burrs, light surface defects, and machining marks while promoting proper oil retention and component seating. Simply chuck it in a drill or CNC machine and run it through the bore with a cutting fluid for consistent results.
