B220-HT731+LF24-MFT-S 3/4"" 2WayVlv 24c/v S.S. Trim; For use with B274 series valves; Used in hydronic heating systems to control domestic and commercial heating, in room or under floor systems. Includes manual valve, trim, seal and mounting hardware.

The HT731+LF24-MFT-S 2WayVlv is a hi-tech level control valve designed for any application where the end user needs proportional control of heating fluid. It is tri-functional (speed to temperature, flow to pressure, and pressure to temperature) and provides proportional loop compensation.

The B220 2-Way Valve is a Direct Acting Valves that controls heating and cooling flow. The flow can be reversed through an internal mechanical linkage. This valve will open to allow flow when the temperature in fluid coming out of the valve is lower than the temperature of what the valve is controlling. When the valve is acting in heating mode, you can use this feature to turn off your system before it starts making noise due to air being trapped in the closed loop. This valve is direct acting, which means that there's no need for an attached pilot trim.

The B220 two-way valve with spring return is constructed of stainless steel and has a molded polypropylene envelope. The entire motor is contained within the unique trim form. Installed in systems, without reversing valves or service valves, the body force is automatic, resulting in less trim in the system. When pressure drops on either side of the valve, the internal spring returns to the center position, eliminating excessive leakage.

The B-Series 2 way valve operates either as a mixing valve for hot and cold water, or in conventional venting mode for circulation of heated air. The B-Series is designed without springs, which eliminates periodic maintenance and replacement.

The Belimo B220 High Temperature 2Way Valve is designed for use in the presence of increased temperatures with 24V control voltage or low flow applications. Spring return feature is recommended for applications where valve position must be retained and be able to function at above ambient temperatures.

The B-Series is a compact class, with the highest performance level and it has been designed to be used in small and middle size commercial applications for residential air conditioning systems. The B Series valves operate on less pressure drop, making it energy efficient, (high Cv) therefore they are used in smaller diameter piping thus saving cost on investment on piping installation. This valve can be easily adjusted to a wide range of air volumes by rotating the trim. The valve has a patented sub zero set that also make possible to operate at low temperature dew points.
