The TFB24-SR-S 22" NEUTrSolid State, dual lead, 2-position damper actuator is suitable for Single or Two Stage ventilation. It can be used with 24 VDC spring return to open the damper by 25° and close by 22°. The TFB24-SR-S also has a built in Solid State energy saving feature that runs the fan at maximum speed for 100 seconds after any air flow change occurs to maintain air flow consistency. It has several fail safe features including 2% hysteresis, overtemperature limit trip, stall protection, overcurrent protection

The Belimo TFB24-SR-S is a damper actuator (22 in wt) 2 positions, normally closed (NC), normally open (NO) application, with an integrated solid state power isolation relay. It has an adjustable charge time relay that reduces the opening of full load noise.

The TFB24-SR-S is a 2-way, normally closed position control valve. In one direction, the valve will open to a set flow range and maintain a set flow regardless of the position of the spring return input supply pressure. In the other direction, the valve will close to a set flow range and maintain a set flow regardless of the position of the spring return input supply pressure.

The TFB24-SR-S is an adjustable, spring return damper actuator. This design allows for precise control of damper speed and torque with minimal power consumption. It has a low 15 sec/360°/90° max time to open and time to close, has a maximum speed of 0.23m/s, and an operational temperature range of -40°C to +130°C.

When floor space is at a premium, this compact, spring return damper actuator offers added versatility. When the switch position calls for continuous operation, the spring return damper will move freely to its full range of motion. The force required to close the actuator is adjustable by varying the gap between the plunger and cylinder.

The TFB24-SR-S Spring Return Damper Actuator is designed for 1/2" through 2" valves and 15 PSI/6 Bar air pressure. The actuator is designed to control dampers such as 25, 52, 70 and 160 pound. Mounting the actuator to the damper housing by either welding or using the optional flange model number TFB22-APKT (which can be bolted on) and mounting the sensor on the other side by bolting together.

The TFB24-SR-S is an electronically controlled, solid-state actuator. The valve position and the spool position are controlled by two independent separate handshaking signals in parallel.
