BLOWER MOTOR: Uses as its source of power a common 115 volt, 60 cycle AC current. Operates by drawing in outside air, mixing it thoroughly with the grease or food product being heated, and discharging the heated mixture through ducts into the storage tank. Removable, screened cone for collecting fine particles of food spit out by the blower.

The ULTRAFRYER motor blower operates at 1500 CFM (Cubic Feet per Minute) and provides short-term, high volume ventilation. This cleaner is ideal for details and quick pick-ups on vehicles. It also works great for moving products from the production line before packaging. The air velocity can be adjusted to best suit the application.
