This is a bobs machine jack plate that i have used for about 5 months. It has 8 different positions so it makes alot of differances when my machine moves. I use this on a bobcat 630 dozer. It is quit loud and does not come with a key but its so fast that having the key is not really needed becuase you'll be done before you change the jack plate to the next position.
