This magnet head assembly includes the head, a metal shaft and a magnet.

The Imperial magnet head assembly easily replaces your worn or damaged magnet head assembly. The assembly has two magnets: an adjustable, non-directional lower magnet and a single directional upper magnet. This universal design allows for more options in terms of placement of the magnetic circular head. When the precision upper magnet is installed, it matches the upper turret of all Mini Q-Beam amplifiers and most other major brands.

DESCRIPTION:          The Imperial 541019 refill head and body are designed to fit any trimmer made by Imperial.

The 14-inch and 16-inch Combo Kits include two resurfacing discs, two standard grinding wheels, one rim grinding wheel, one magnet head and a manual. The 20-inch Combo Kit includes two standard grinding wheels and a magnet head.

The Imperial uses two powerful 1/2" x 1-1/2" magnets, one on the inside of the platen, the other on the bottom of the mag head. This prevents static build up and greatly improves platen operation under all conditions, especially more conductive ones like aluminum. In addition, these magnets provide consistent force to keep your work moving. Static control is accomplished by eliminating electrical contact between ground and non-ground frame members.

The Imperial is a commercial, under hood type, vacuum cleaner. Its compact design is suitable for use in areas with limited space. It has an 8 amp 10" nozzle powered from a 120 volt AC power source. Also included is a 12 inch suction hose, filter bag, handle tie wraps and a flexible long reach nozzle for extra ceiling cleaning ability. The filter bag holds up to 3 quarts of dust and dirt for removal and disposal through the vacuum cleaners contents discharge port. The magnetic head will pick up to 3 lbs. of metal particles off the work area.
