The Broan BDC4 4" Duct Collar is an ordinary looking plastic collar except for the wedge shaped attachment tabs. This collar's special tabs are wedged into the vent ducting, adding just a little friction to hold it in place preventing the back flow of air. This collar becomes an integral part of your duct installation reducing leaks or back pressure. No glue or screws needed -- just slip it on!
