This Browning C.I.Sheave 5/8" Bore 3.75" Dia is perfect for today's commercial and industrial needs. It comes complete with a heavy duty hand-tightening nut. The smooth design allows for easy belt tracing during replacement. This sheave also has a maximum speed of 12,000 rpm at 177 lbs and 7200 rpm at 382 lbs, which makes it ideal for any kind of commercial or industrial application. Constructed of top quality cast iron for long life and trouble-free operation, the Browning Variable Pitch Sheave is the correct replacement for many of the hard-to-find sheaves no longer available. This design has been used on several other brands and models of portable engines and is an excellent replacement for sheaves found on that equipment. This sheave will accept a 3L or 4L belts. The Browning Variable Pitch Sheaves, as with all of Brownings C.I. Series sheaves are designed to fit most popular brands of single- and double-end electric motors. The V-type ring is a double thick wall construction. Ideal for conveying grain, fertilizer, steam heat, oil or water to remote equipment; these sheaves offer load capacities from 3 horsepower to 5 horsepower at speeds up to 690 feet per minute (108 feet per second). Cast iron construction allows for operating temperatures up to 250°F (121°C).

This variable pitch sheave is our popular standard sheave which allows for push or pull operations on a belt that has a 5/8" bore. It is precision cast for maximum strength. This model is available in 1 groove, A, 3L, 4L or B section belt mounting and comes with a finish bore.
