Polycarbonate, fixed sheave with one groove, 5/8" bore, 40 spline, manufactured in injection molding process with plastic inserts for rigidity.Plastic inserts eliminate side slippage or excessive runout.

The AK Series Fixed Sheave is a machine component used to transmit torque and motion. This sheave features an ABEC3 type C ball bearing which has a total of 5 stainless steel ball bearings nested together with grease.

This new product is the first and only Browning sheave to offer fixed and adjustable groove positions-simultaneously. The AK Series provides two distinct options for pitch control on 2L, 3L, A and AA belts: 1) A fixed groove position for higher belt speeds; 2) An adjustable groove position for lower belt speeds.
