The Browning Q1 2 3/16 Split Taper Bushing 2-3/16 Bore is an affordable option for hunters and shooters looking to place a scope on their shotgun. This bushing will allow you to use any rifle or handgun scope without modifying the barrel. It comes with three different heights that will adjust your scope .060, 1.010, and 1.125 inches above the center of the bore. The height can be easily changed by switching out shims using the included Allen Key.
For those who prefer a taper bushing that fits exactly into the end of the barrel, we offer the 2-3/16" Browning X-Bolt® Bedded with X-Lock Bedded Bushing. The Split Taper design allows easy install and removal for barrel cleaning. It is machined from solid steel and its' threads are cut true to .001" or better. This fitting features an external shoulder with a little extra length that contacts the groove in the barrel to help prevent marring your barrel.
The Q1 2-3/16" Split Taper Bushing is used in conjunction with other components, inner and outer sleeves for example, to build the proper bushing for your particular application. This split taper bushing's narrow end is tapped with 14 threads per inch (tpi) and is 1" in length.
